Dr. Miguel Castellan received his medical degree from Universidad Nacional de Rosario, Argentina . Initially trained and working as a Pediatric Urologist in Argentina, Dr Castellan retrained in the US and completed his residency and served as Chief Resident in Urology at the University of Miami. In addition, Dr. Castellan completed an accredited fellowship in Pediatric Urology at Miami Children’s Hospital.
Dr. Castellan has published articles in numerous peer-reviewed journals, including the Journal of Urology, Journal of Pediatric Urology, British Journal of Urology and Urology. He is an ongoing reviewer for medical journals, including Journal of Urology, Journal of Pediatric Urology and British Journal of Urology.He has also been invited as a speaker to multiple national and international urologic societies and meetings.
He is the President of the Ibero-American Society of Pediatric Urology (SIUP – www.siupurol.com). He is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Urological Association, Society of Pediatric Urology and SIUP. In addition, Dr Castellan was a member of the Planning and Scientific Committee for the World Congress of Pediatric Urology, held in San Francisco, USA, May 2010.

Dr. Gosalbez is a diplomate of the American Board of Urology with a subspeciliaty certificate in Pediatric Urology, a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and belongs to multiple national and international urologic societies. He has served in the Executive Committee of the American Academy of Pediatrics, Section of Urology. He is the author of numerous chapters , monographs, and peer-reviewed scientific manuscripts and is a reviewer for multiple publications, including the Journal of Urology. Dr. Gosalbezis a world-renowned expert in complex urologic reconstruction and is invited worldwide to perform surgery and to participate in surgical training courses.
In his spare time, Dr. Gosalbez enjoys running, travel, and spending time with his wife and two children.

Dr. Kozakowski is committed to the advancement of her field with a special interest in clinical research and teaching residents and fellows. She has published articles in many peer-reviewed journals including the Journal of Urology and Urology and authored numerous textbook chapters. She has also presented at both national meetings of the American Urological Association and the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Kozakowski has a special interest in penile reconstruction, minimally-invasive surgical techniques, adolescent varicoceles, and the treatment of congenital kidney and bladder disorders.
Outside of the hospital, Dr. Kozakowski enjoys spending time with her husband Chris and dog Tootsie. She loves to travel, go to concerts, listen to U2 music, read The New York Times and adventure books, play frisbee on the beach, run outside and enjoy the sunshine and palm trees in Florida.

Dr. Labbie earned his medical degree from Northwestern University where he graduated with distinction. He then completed his urology residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Dallas, Texas. He then pursued a fellowship in Pediatric Urology at Baylor University in Houston Texas. A native of Miami, Dr. Labbie has been in practice in pediatric urology in South Florida since 1989. He joined with Dr. Gosalbez in 1999 to create Childrens Urology Associates.
Dr. Labbie has earned numerous awards and honors during his medical career and has published multiple articles in peer-reviewed publications, including the Journal of Urology, Urology, and the Journal of Pediatric Urology. He has been honored several times with the teaching award from the University of Miami Department of Urology. Dr. Labbie also sits on the boards of Miami Childrens Hospital and Baptist Hospital.
Outside of the hospital, Dr. Labbie delights in spending time with his wife and two sons. A talented magician, he also enjoys inventing new tricks to entertain his family, friends, and patients.

Kevin Olson has been working with Children’s Urology Associates since June of 1999. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of Miami and received his Physicians Assistant degree from Nova Southeastern University. He is a member of the International Children’s Continence Society and a fellow of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
Kevin has a special interest in the evaluation and treatment of Lower Urinary Tract Dysfunction in children and adolescents and has a unique, humanistic approach to treating incontinence.

Juddie is a board certified nurse practitioner specializing in pediatrics. Juddie earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in 2005 at Florida International University in Miami, Fl. graduating with honors and as member of Sigma Theta Tau, the International Honor Society of Nursing. In 2009, Juddie earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree at Florida International University in Miami, Fl. She is nationally certified as a nurse practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and state certified from the Florida Board of Nursing.
Juddie joined the team at Children’s Urology Associates in 2009 as a pediatric nurse practitioner. She works in collaboration with the physicians, physician assistants and fellow nurse practitioners in the treatment and management of pediatric patients with a variety of urological problems, including, but not limited to, spina bifida, bladder/bowel dysfunction, and pre/post-operative consultations. Her goal is to provide patient-centered care and develop an individualized plan of care to meet the specific goals of the patient and family.
In her spare time, Juddie enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with loved ones.
Natalie is a board certified nurse practitioner specializing in child health. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2004 from Florida International University in Miami, Florida. Her nursing career began at Miami Children’s Hospital where she worked as registered nurse on medical-surgical floor specializing in surgical, orthopaedic, urological, and craniofacial problems affecting children for over 7 years. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing in 2009 from the Florida International University and is certified by American National Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a pediatric nurse practitioner. She is certified in PALS, ACLS, and is also a certified pediatric nurse (CPN). Natalie is a member of Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner Council of South Florida.
Natalie began her career with Children’s Urology in 2011 as a pediatric urology nurse practitioner. She treats and manages various patients with bowel/bladder dysfunction and assists children and families develop a plan for bowel and bladder control and/or incontinence. Natalie works collaboratively with our experienced team of physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and doctors to treat, manage, and provide quality urological care.
